Jim is a prominent Australian company director with significant banking experience and knowledge of the banking industry. He is a non-executive director of Bendigo & Adelaide Bank Ltd (ASX listed), Centrex Metals Limited (ASX listed), Impedimed Limited (ASX listed), Rural Bank Limited, Motor Accident Commission, as well as a number of unlisted companies and not for profit enterprises.

Jim was Managing Director of Primelife Corporation Limited (ASX listed) and oversaw its reconstruction and recapitalisation.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Adelaide, is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
