Trevor joined Precision Group in December 2012. As COO Trevor is responsible for the development, leasing, marketing and operational management of Precision’s retail and commercial portfolio in Australia and New Zealand.

Trevor’s experience is unrivalled having worked for the industry’s best – Woolworths Group, Westfield Group, Walker Corporation and Precision Group.

During his time with Walker Corp, Trevor established the Broadway Shopping Centre and managed the Rhodes Shopping Centre in Sydney, from concept to opening and through stabilisation, prior to their sale to Mirvac in 2007. Trevor also lead the development of the Point Cook Town Centre, an award-winning Greenfield development and masterminded its management until sold to the Stockland in 2011.

Trevor leads Precision’s operational focus to build value through active asset management with a commitment to a centre-centric culture, developing and growing the Precision team and continuing to build partnerships with all stakeholders.

Trevor loves the fast-paced retail environment, where no day is ever the same. A role model in the property industry, always ensuring the team acts with integrity in all their dealings, with a well-deserved reputation for creating value.
